SMALL CLASS SIZES:
We believe in small semi-private classes so you can get attentive instruction from our teachers with hands-on adjustments & illuminating cues in a non-competitive and non-judgmental environment. All of our teachers are dedicated to teaching you about how to move safely while you learning Yoga, Pilates, Barre or certain types of Athletics.
Diverse Movement Options:
We offer several different types of classes, because just doing one type of movement can be detrimental to the body, resulting in repetitive stress injuries, either associated with overuse or with decreased awareness. Either way, we keep you safe by diversifying the exercises within each class, as well as offer you several different movement forms to enjoy.
'Kine' classes taught by a Kinelogica® Method Teacher, offer more than the mere exercise routine. They are infused with knowledge about your muscular, skeletal and articular systems, combined with the physics of movement on earth, altogether create what is known as Kinesiology. Students walk away with a deeper understanding as to why one should move in certain ways or make certain shapes in the body. As a result the exercises every change in their range of difficulty as the student learns to use their own body to give resistence and added challenge. The Kinelogica® Method offers a logical and simple way to learn about body mechanics, so it's easy to retain and never forgotten.
