
All of our instructors are highly trained in their respective specialty, and continue to grow their knowledge both in and outside of the studio.
We are committed to teaching you how your body works, not simply providing great workouts. We believe change happens when you understand why it is important to practice the movements we request of you during a class or private session.
Pilates & Barre Programs
We believe in taking the Pilates method to the next level, and expanding upon its concepts through current research on biomechanics and kinesiology. Our bodies are different then they were at the turn of the 20th century, and therefore we must change the way we exercise accordingly.

One-on-one or a two person session. The teacher customizes the workout to meet your unique needs.

Pilates Tower Classes 6 people, one teacher. Enjoy a variety of levels to learn how to integrate a spring-based workout into your life.
**Tower classes are not recommended for clients with injuries or special conditions. We suggest taking a private session with our Principal Teacher, so a program can be designed to meet your specific needs.
Barre Classes 9 people, one teacher. A great introduction to the movement our Pilates Tower classes build on.

Yoga Programs
We offer many different types of Yoga, so you can learn from several Master lineages to deepen your practice. Our teachers bring the best from their travels and studies to nurture your body safely through to greater flexability, body awareness and strength. See our online schedule for class types offered.

Yoga Mat Classes 10 people, one teacher. A semi-private setting allowing the teacher to give greater attenetion to your needs and multiple hands on adjustments. Styles offered:
- Vinyasa Yoga: A Flow Syncronized with the Breath
- Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Intense and Muscular Flow Series
- Kundalini Yoga: Devoted to Unleashing Stored Energy
- Iyengar Yoga: A Detailed and Focused Practice
- Community Yoga: $10 Vinyasa Yoga Classes
- Yoga by Donation: Yin, Hathan & Vinyasa Classes for a Suggested Donation of $8

- Yoga Wall: Integrated into Iyengar & Power Vinyasa Yoga Classes

Prenatal & Postnatal Programs
Enjoy a plethora of pre/postnatal options to prepare and restore your body from pregnancy and birth. All of our teachers are certified specialists, providing you with safe and informative movement classes.

- MommyShape Prenatal Complete: Move through all three trimesters and optimize your body and well-being for birth.
