Q: What does Sapere mean?
A: Sapere is the Middle English root of the word Sapient. Sapient: having or showing great wisdom or sound judgement.
Q: Why a dandelion for your icon?
A: The Dandelion, meaning 'lion's tooth,' has not only beneficial properties for your garden, but also for your body. Furthermore, it symbolizes love me, affection returned, desire, sympathy, faithfulness, happiness and love's oracle.
Q: What should I wear to class?
A: Snug-fitting work out clothes are best for you to move in freely, as well as for the teacher to see your body's mechanics. No shoes or socks are necessary.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: A yoga mat if you have one, water (we don't have any to provide at the moment), and a towel to dry off with.
Q: What happens with my package or membership expiration when the studio is closed for vacation?
A: If the studio is closed for vacation, you will receive a credit in days to your expiration for the amount of business days the studio is closed.
Q: What happens to my package or membership expiration if the
studio is closed for a retreat?
A: If you do not attend the retreat you will be credited days to your expiration for the amount of business days the studio is closed. Because members receive discounts on retreats, no credit will be issued if you attend the retreat.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel within 24 hours or less, you will be charged the full amount of your service. This is industry standard, and it is up to the discretion of Sapere Studio to waive this fee. Any cancellations before 24 hours will not incur a charge.
