Class DescriptionsEach class is designed to either Restore or Invigorate you through a sequence of opening and strengthening movements, with breath as a focus.

Syncing one's breath with movement, our Vinyasa classes take you through a flow from the moving natural rhythms of the bodies living sequences of breath and the interconnection of the muscular system, vascular system, lymphatic system and the visceral system, simultaneously working through your chakras to create ultimate alignment. Power Vinyasa Yoga Classes
Inspired by traditional Ashtanga, this vigorous vinyasa class will make you sweat. Each class integrates strength building postures into a flowing sequence (while focusing on increasing endurance through the use of breath?). It will leave you feeling energized, focused, and prepared to confidently face the challenges of daily life.

Kundalini Yoga
The Kundalini energy is an untapped, potent energy force, which lies dormant in the base of the spine until awoken. Once stimulated it travels through the spine giving the body an incredible healing energy boost.
The Kundalini energy is one of the most healing and beneficial energies the human body has to offer. The practice of Kundalini Yoga gently uses asanas(posture) and pranayam(breath) to clear blockages in the chakra energy system and spinal column, allowing the Kundalini to safely be stimulated and flow within the system. Some of the benefits of this practice include: strengthening the nervous, glandular and immune systems, heart opening, core strengthener, a feeling of greater joy and peace within oneself.

Ashtanga: Prana Vashya Yoga Classes- Tuesday Community Yoga
Prana Vashya is a dynamic yoga practice that follows the breath instead of following the movement and maintains a rhythm of the breath throughout the entire practice. Through breath control, Prana Vashya keeps the attention fixed on the asana, not allowing the mind to wander. Utilizing Kumbhakas (breath locks) in certain movements while performing asana and vinyasa, has a very powerful effect that develops intense stamina physically as well as mentally.

Restorative Yoga Classes
A Kunadlini and Yin Yoga practice integrating gentle yoga movements along with the use of various props to create a safe and supportive practice. Great for those looking to gain greater flexibility, relieve stress and tension, support an active injury-free lifestyle or help rehabilitate injuries. Each class starts with a meditative ans heat-inducing movement series that moves into joint opening and ends with an intense Yin experience.

Kids Yoga Classes | After School Yoga- Suspended till Further Notice
For ages 4-6 years old. This creative yoga class will start out simple, but with time (and practice) will get more challenging as the students progress. Classes will include breathwork, warm ups, asanas, Sun Salutation flows, fun yoga games, partner yoga, narratives and stories, creative rest and meditation. Vinyasa sequences and inversions will be introduced and proper alignment and formation will be focused on with more one on one work. Students will be encouraged to use their imaginations and will work on their balancing skills, strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
