Expecting Mommies:
For those who do not have a regular practice, we recommend our Prenatal Yoga and Hatha Flow, for those who do have a regular practice our other yoga teachers can provide modifications in Vinyasa Yoga Fundamentals, Vinyasa Flow and KineYoga™. Please consult with your doctor prior to enrolling in a class.
CLASSES

Hatha Flow
We'll work on breathing techniques and meditation, and move through an asana practice that will build strength, increase flexibility and create energy and relaxation. You will leave feeling confident and blissful, open and inspired. All levels are welcome!

KineYoga™
A powerful combination of equipment and knowledge meet to unfold the deeper meaning behind each Yoga pose, as one is supported to find the form via springs, straps, the barre, and detailed explanation, using the Kinelogica® Method of teaching.

Vinyasa
This blended class provides the student with a multi-level experience through breath synchronized movement. Beginning with an opening focus and breath work, it moves on to flowing postures that cultivate heat inside the body while cleansing and building strength and focus. Intelligent sequences allow the student to play with their edge. This class is open to all levels as modifications may be given based on the students' experience.

Vinyasa Fundamentals
This intelligent, interactive practice instills new students with the comfort, strength and knowledge to explore their blossoming practice, and gives experienced students a gentler, more fundamental option with a focus on alignment. This is a great class for athletes looking to supplement their workout with deeper stretches and to experience greater body awareness. After dissolving on the mat and relaxing in savasana, you'll emerge grounded, open and full of peace.

Prenatal Yoga
Our prenatal program is designed to connect you to your inner wisdom and your body's innate understanding of childbirth. This connection will be done through asana, pranayama, and meditation bringing awareness to your mind, body, and baby. Small kids and babies are welcome!
